At Dahl Detailing Co, we strive to provide top-quality auto detailing services and 100% customer satisfaction. Because detailing is a personalized, labor-intensive service with immediate results, our refund policy is as follows:

Completed Services

- All sales are final once the detailing service has been completed and the vehicle has been returned to the customer (or the mobile service has concluded on-site).

-No monetary refunds will be issued for completed services under normal circumstances, as the work is performed and results are visible immediately.

Satisfaction Guarantee

-We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the results due to a verifiable issue with the quality of our service (e.g., missed areas, improper application, etc.), please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

-Provide photos and a description of the concern if possible. We will review the issue promptly and, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

​

  • A free touch-up or re-service to correct the problem, or

  • A partial refund (amount determined based on the specific issue)

-Refunds or adjustments will not be issued for:

​

  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unrealistic expectations or results outside the agreed scope

  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after service

Deposits & Prepayments

-Any deposits or prepayments secure your appointment time and are non-refundable except as outlined in section 3 above. In cases where we must cancel (e.g., severe weather, unforeseen circumstances), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

Our Right to Refuse Service

-We reserve the right to cancel any appointment (with full refund of any payment) if the vehicle condition poses safety risks, requires excessive time beyond the quoted service, or if there is any inappropriate behavior toward our team.
