Service Description
Interior: -Thorough high-powered vacuuming (carpets, seats, mats, trunk, crevices) -Complete wipe-down of all hard surfaces (dash, doors, console, vents, cup holders) -Interior glass & mirrors cleaned -Door jambs & handles wiped -Deep shampoo + hot water extraction of carpets, seats & mats -Leather cleaning & conditioning (if applicable) -Steam cleaning & spot treatment for tough stains -Headliner & upper trim cleaned -Deep cleaning of vents, door pockets & console gaps -Extra $40 may apply for pet hair removal Exterior: -Safe hand wash with premium soap & two-bucket method -Wheels & tires deep cleaned + dressed for rich black shine -Door jambs & handles wiped down -Windows & mirrors cleaned -Iron fallout remover applied to wheels & paint -Premium wax and sealant for lasting shine & UV protection -Trim & plastic restorer on faded areas -Exhaust tips polished (if applicable)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To respect our schedule and other clients waiting for appointments, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling more than 24 hours before your appointment start time: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. This can be done easily on your own through our online booking system, by calling us, or via email/text (whichever method you prefer). Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment start time: A cancellation fee of 50% service price will be charged to the card on file for your booking. This fee helps cover the reserved time slot that could have been offered to another client. No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled appointment without any prior notice (a "no-show"), a 100% service price cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their confirmed appointment and does not contact us by any method beforehand. We will make every effort to accommodate emergencies—please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected occurs.
